My very first reaction was quietly whispering to myself "WTF
is that? Is that a beagle?" It looked like the skull of a beagle dog, only
much much bigger like 4 times the size of any beagle I've ever seen, but
nonetheless I saw something for sure.
It began with an obsession for Forrest Fenn's treasure which lead to
Yellowstone while I frantically searched portions of the park to help save my
life from the consequences I had created and a million dollar treasure would
solve a lot of my problems. Or so I thought anyway. I no longer think it's in
Yellowstone or even Wyoming but at that time I was convinced it had something
to do with the FireHole River in Yellowstone.
While I looking for this treasure I found something possibly even
more unnerving that finding a BigFoot. It really caught me off guard. I was
looking for shiny things in the Firehole river in hopes it's a treasure chest,
only to find 2 spark plug sockets. You know, the kind of thing you use with a
ratchet to remove spark plugs from a combustion engine, and the f!@#ing things
were part of the rock. They are embedded in rock, and it was obvious the
rock had melted over these tools. I have lost sleep dozens of times over this
because it doesn't make sense. Also one of them is still there. I removed the
other one with my gerber like a dumbass but thankfully the other one was too
solidly encased in rock.
So anyway, I went into the extreme thick forest near the firehole
swimming hole and I remember it was a very weird experience and I even remember
pointing at the thing that suddenly didn't look like a beagle anymore and was a
lighter shade of rock so I could take a piss and not lose track of it.
I'm of sound enough mind to know something wasn't adding up. I was
trying to find a way around the actual firehole, which after 4 hours I found my
way to, but this was territory man hadn't been to in a while if ever, at least
coming from the nearest roads.
The back side was wide open and had a very eerie feeling. Maybe a really
little man, but no one my size with a 3 day military backpack. I'm a former
Cavalry Scout with the US Army by the way and I know my shit when it comes to
land navigation because of military experience and many experiences before and
after. I had used my Land Navigation skills a few times recently and even
whipped out the paper map for this one because I was driven by greed and
desperation. I am no longer greedy, the whole treasure hunting experience
helped change me forever as a person, but anyways...
When I was walking around the Firehole I found many dozens of foam
flipflops on both sides of the river. It was EXTREMELY eerie and I think I'm
probably one of the only ones to ever see them because I was in parts of
Yellowstone no one in their right mind would go.
So anyway I took my piss and when I looked up the all black rock had
morphed into something else and I was like WTF? So I took a step in each
direction while keeping my eyes on the spot and nothing resembling what I saw
was in sight. I even started talking to the rock, knowing me probably taunting
it, because I had my .45 and some bear spray and I really didn't give a damn
about myself around that time in my life to be honest.
I remember suddenly I got kinda confused and forgot where the hell I
was or what I was even doing and I looked to the same spot and there was
nothing at all there now. The goddamn rocks disappeared or something, I don't
know what the hell happened but I do know I didn't go anywhere and it took only
a few minutes because my phone logs my location and course time.
When I put my backpack back on I saw some massive black animals hauling
ass towards where the river and the road were to the North. They were moving
faster than I've seen a bear run on video or anything, which is really really
fast and I became very nervous and worried and kind of terrified and never
hunted alone again.
For years I told the story like it was some sort of bear or moose or
something because I just didn't know what I had seen, and when I heard the
description some of these people are giving of bigfoot and all that, I thought
to myself OMFG that was a family of bigfoot I saw.
THEN, later that night after I finally got back to my truck, I was
scared out my wits and it was almost 3 am before I got to the East side of the
park and I was hauling serious ass, like 90, I saw something that was like 15
foot tall barely make it across the road as I haul ass round the corner. I
never knew what that was either and had always assumed it was a big ass moose
or something on its way to Togwotee Pass.
I got a 300$ speeding ticket only a few minutes after seeing the
giant animal cross the road.
I dont truly know what I experienced but the thing that makes the most
sense would be a damn big foot. I'm hoping to find video of them in my many
hours of gopro footage but I don't have much time right now as I'm back in
school to get my degree before the GI bill runs out.Josh Weickum

I’ve had an experience at Meeks cabin around 6 years ago I saw a big hairy man at Meeks Cabin Reservoir in the Uinta Mountains of Wyoming.

I haven't really told anyone about my experience because I am worried about ridicule.
After seeing your video with the Bigfoot tracks near the shore of Meeks Cabin Reservoir & the near by sightings. I felt like I should reach out to you & tell you about my experience in that same area.
I was camping with my mom in a trailer we set up in a turn off on the dirt road near Meeks Cabin campground around the end of May. First thing one morning I took my four wheeler to the south end of the lake to go fishing, I was walking in the woods just past the campground to a place I could fish at the lake.
I saw a tall, very dark brown furry humanoid creature watching me, I looked at him and he ran into the woods carrying a bundle of large broken branches in one hand next to his belly & balancing with the other hand as he ran and jumped an all wood rail fence and disappeared into the woods.
He was 8 or 9 feet tall and reminded me of a tall furry human. He looked so human that even though I drew my side arm, I had no intention of using it.
He looked at me like I as crazy then looked away, ran and jumped the fence with no problem. I had the sense that he was more afraid of me than I was of him.
I was freaked out, but returned later to look for prints and couldn't make out any good ones, but you could tell where he ran and see where he broke through under growth and vegetation.
I don't know whey he had a bundle of broken branches, maybe they make fire or something.

We have found ground nests they make and even though it looks uncomfortable they will make a good size bed of pretty thick sticks and branches then lay a few pin boughs on the. Doesn't look comfortable but it can get them a inch or two off the cold, muddy, wet or damp ground.
I grew up near the Bighorn Mountains. Camping along Tensleep Creek more times than I can count, ice skating at Pine Lodge and fishing for Brookies and Rainbow Trout almost every Saturday. Caught my biggest trout ever in the Tensleep.
One night something very strange happened, more strange than other times. It was just me and my Dad, I was about 12 years old. Around 9 to 10pm, it got quiet, eerie feeling. I remember my Dad grabbing his revolver and told me to get into our Suburban. He put out the fire, grabbed whatever camp gear we had and we drove all the way home to Gillette that night. I asked him later what happened that night. All he would say was that he knew he couldn’t protect me and we had to leave.
Another time we were camping near the tree line. I was maybe 7-8 years old. I remember waking up and seeing “a huge man” with his face against the window looking at us sleep. I tried to tell my Dad but when I got him to wake up it was gone.
We never camped up by the tree line again. Many times we drove home from Buffalo to Gillette and my sister and I thought we saw giants standing on the hillside along the road. She’d tell me they were ghosts and I’d hide. I don’t know if it was Sasquatch but I know we’d see it around the same place every time.

Hi, I live in Cody/Wyoming, once in two years I travel to the Yellowstone territories to clear up my mind, it's a very beautiful place with a ton of places to take photos and relax. 5 months ago I was traveling there and I got to a geyser region which I parked my car and walked there because I always wanted to know the place, looking at the map it was a place called Culex Basin.
I walked for 3 hours following up a creek called Nez Perce Creek. I walked until I saw a small herd of bison, I watched the herd for some minutes with my binocular. The herd started moving east and faded from my vision, except for one. There was one lonely bison in close to the creek and drinking water, he looked old and slow probably unaware that the herd was gone.
I kept watching this one bison until I saw a tall figure getting out of the woods in the left and going in the direction of the bison. I couldn't see any facial detail but it was shaped like a huge man and its entire body was hairy, it was so tall his waist was at the level of the bison's back. I knew it wasn't a human because no one is that big, the figure approached the bison and calmly put its hand close to the bison's mouth, it had something in its hand. I saw the bison eating whatever the figure had in its hand.
The figure started walking to the forest and to my surprise the bison followed him to the forest. Moments later I saw another one crossing the creek and going to the same direction of the other one with the bison. The difference is that this one was considerably shorter than the first one and had some kind of dreadlocks on its head.
I lost my will to keep going east and got back following the creek, always watching my back. I entered my car and traveled back home the same day.
I have to admit that I never cared about the sasquatch stories, always thought people were seeing bears standing up from afar or something like that. After this event I know those are not bears at all.

According to where it's waist hit the back of the bison, it sounds like it may have been over 9 feet tall?
How wide was the creature at the shoulders. What color was it? Same as the bison or other?
Any more details you can recall would be appreciated.

Well I would say the big one was 9-10 feet tall and the width of the shoulders would be the same length of the bison's front legs to its rear legs excluding the head and neck, so it's very wide, and the small one with dreadlocks would be 6,5 feet tall and I couldn't see how wide it was because I only saw it moving sideways, the big one's hair color was light brown (lighter than the bison) and the smaller one's hair was dark red, if wasn't by the sun hitting its hair I would say it was black.

This is only the second time I've ever written this story down, in fact, I've only told it to one person before this. I'm 54 years old. I'm an educated man. I have a masters degree and spent most of my working career as a public school teacher and principal. This encounter took place when I was 12 years old. So it had to be 1979, July or August.
I grew up and still live in the Metropolitan Detroit area. I'm not an only child but was raised as one because my two sisters are 16 & 18 years older than I am. They were both married and moved out by the time I was 3. I tell you this because I'm the baby of the family, the youngest in my immediate family and youngest of all 19 of my grandmothers grandchildren. I've always, mostly in fun, been called the spoiled baby of the family. I was grandma's boy and all 16 of my cousins and my two sisters knew it. So they liked to tease me about it. Which is why I've sat on this story my entire life. I didn't want to give any of them any further ammo to use against me. That and didn't think anyone would ever believe me.
The summer of 1979 my mom and dad took me on a month long vacation out west. We planned on going to South Dakota, (Black Hills and Little Big Horn) and Yellowstone National park. My parents owned a motorhome and that's what we took our trip in. It wasn't huge, about 32'. We were in either Montana or Wyoming, near Yellowstone. I was 12 so I didn't pay that much attention. We had been traveling for about a week, week and a half. We had already been to the Black Hills, Little Big Horn and Mt. Rushmore. We were somewhere near Yellowstone, but not in the park. We had stopped in the late afternoon at a campground to spend the night. Being the only kid in my family on this trip I was always looking for other kids to hang out with when we stopped. This particular day I met some other kids, 3 of them, in the campground that were about my age. At first it was fun hanging around and talking with them while playing on the playground equipment. After a while though they started to get mean with me. I was a little overweight as a child so they started calling me names and teasing me about my weight. I soon left the playground and stayed away from them the rest of the day. A few time throughout the late afternoon and evening they rode past our campsite on their bikes and made some rude remarks about me and laughing. I was thick skinned, excuse the pun, so I didn't let it get to me too much.
After dinner and a campfire after dark we retired to the motorhome for the night. My parents slept in the back of the RV where the main dinning room table folded down into a bed. I slept in the front of the RV where the couch folded down into a bed. The couch/bed was against the wall on the drivers side of the RV with a window above it. I lay there in the dark going over the days events in my head and started to drift off to sleep. I was pulled out of that place between asleep and awake by a tapping sound outside the RV on the wall directly outside from my bed. I had heard similar sounds before when rain or condensation from the rooftop AC unit would drip down outside the camper. I thought is was water from the AC, ignored it and started to go back to sleep. The tapping of the water hitting the fiberglass camper persisted as I tried to doze off. Then all of a sudden there was a loud BANG like someone hit the side of the RV with their fist. Then it went back to tapping as if dripping water again. I tried to ignore it and passed it off as nothing and tried to go to sleep. The tapping continued and after a few minutes of it the loud bang on the side of the RV came again. This time I knew it wasn't water. Immediately my mind went to the 3 mean boys I met earlier in the day. I figured it was them trying to mess with me and/or scare me. The tapping started again then a minute later the bang again. Now I was angry that these boys were hitting my families RV. The tapping started again. I planned on waiting for the bang then yanking the blind up on the window and try to catch them in the act. I sat up with my hand on the drawstring of the blind listening to the tapping which had started again. I was anxiously waiting for the bang so I could yank the drawstring and catch them. After a minute or so of tapping came the bang again. I yanked the cord, the shade flew up and I pressed my face up to glass to look down on the boys.
To my horror I didn't see any boys. What I saw still haunts me to this day. When I yanked the drawstring and looked out the window, there staring back at me was a huge hairy face inches from mine looking back at me. The window was about five or six feet off the ground to the bottom of the window and probably seven or eight feet to the top of the window. This giant hairy face wasn't looking directly at me. The creature the face belonged to was actually hunched over to look into the window. The owner of the face had to be eight or nine feet tall to have to bend down to look into the window. I was instantly terrified beyond all belief. There was no sound. After a few seconds I let go of the drawstring and the shade fell back into the closed position. I sat there in my bed motionless. Frozen with fear. I don't know how long I sat there before I lay back down in the bed. I never heard the tapping sound or banging again and I never lifted the shade again. Eventually I fell asleep. I awoke the next morning in the daylight to the RV traveling down the road as I did almost every morning of that trip. I never told my parents about the previous night. I never told anyone until now. I have no explanation of what I saw. I just know it scared me like I've never been scared before or since. At the time I'd never heard of Bigfoot or Sasquatch. Not too many years later I saw an episode of In Search Of, hosted by Leonard Nemoy on TV. It was about Bigfoot. At that moment I knew that was what I had seen outside the RV window that night.

Do you recall the creature's hair color, skin color or any other details like a width estimate of the face, head or shoulders?
If you can recall what the face looked like, human, ape or something different?

I’ll give you what I can remember. Not only was it a lifetime ago but the terror I felt that night doesn’t let me recall many small details about the creature.
I’ll answer your questions in the order you asked them.
Hair Color: It was dark outside and dark in the RV so I cannot be 100% sure on the true color. Knowing that, the hair color looked a deep brown or even possibly black. It had very little hair on its face & the hair that was closest to its face was lighter in color than the rest of the hair I could see. I didn’t really look up and down it’s body. As I pulled the drawstring on the shade and was looking down it didn’t register immediately what I was looking at, which was legs, abdomen and torso. By the time my eyes traveled up it’s body and my eyes reached the upper torso/neck area, I was already feeling the chills run down my spine as goosebumps came over my arms. This is because, although I didn’t yet fully realize what I was looking at, somehow I knew it was something I’d never seen before. The instant I saw it’s face we locked eyes until I let the blind fall back into the closed position. It seemed like we stared at each other for more than a minute, but in reality it was probably closer to ten seconds. So I cannot say with any confidence about hair color below the neck. I use the word neck as a reference point but there wasn’t a discernible neck that I could see.
Skin Color: It’s facial skin was lighter than the hair. It certainly wasn’t a pinkish color like a Caucasian person, nor was it very dark like an African American person. It was somewhere in between. I’d say more like a light tan.
Eyes: It didn’t have wild animal like eyes. They seemed more inquisitive, like you’d see looking into the eyes of a dolphin or other intelligent mammals.
Mouth/Nose: It’s nose was very wide and flat, like the nose of a boxer nearing the end of his career. I don’t recall it having any difference in color from the rest of its face. It’s mouth was slightly open, like it was breathing through its nose and mouth. The short glimpse I had inside its mouth didn’t provide me with any details about color or teeth. It’s head was enormous. As big as, probably even bigger than that of a fully grown silverback gorilla. I’ve heard others describe the head as being slightly cone shaped, but I don’t recall if it’s head was or wasn’t shaped like that.
Overall Size: From the ground to the top of the window was an easy 8 feet. This creature had to hunch over to look in the window. I cannot say how tall it actually was, but it was more than 8 feet tall. It’s shoulders were extremely broad. I would guess that if it stretched its arms out to the side it’s wing span was 10 feet or better. While we stared at each other it had its right arm down by its side and the left arm/hand was on the RV above and to my right/his left of the window. My best estimate is that it had a weight in the neighborhood of 800 lbs.
Face: It was a very human like face, but weathered, I’m sure from a life spent outdoors. The thing that struck me the most about it was it’s eyes, like I described earlier as inquisitive. The eyes gave me the feeling that I wasn’t looking at a wild animal like a bear or wolf. It wasn’t the eyes of a creature than ran solely on instinct, but had an intelligence to them. Like it was capable of thought and self awareness. Now, this is just the feeling I got looking into it’s eyes. There was no actual proof of the intelligence, but it was the feeling it gave me. That was the part that scared me the most. Not that it was huge and strong, but that it possessed intelligence that would allow it to open a door, to think, reason & plan. Anything with that size and a human like intelligence would make this the most dangerous creature on earth, other than mankind.
As I wrote this for you I wrestled with the words “it” and “creature.” I almost feel that I’m doing it a disservice by not calling it by him or her. (no idea what the gender was) To this day it’s the intelligence I saw in its eyes that terrifies me the most.
Most of my adult life I’ve flip flopped between wanting to go on a Sasquatch expedition with serious an established Bigfoot researcher(s) in search of the answers to the questions that haunt me and never wanting to step foot in the wilderness again.

Appreciate all of the additional information. Wow, what an amazing encounter for those of us that get to hear about it. I am sure it was a terrifying experience for you at that time. For anyone it would be.
I know the Yellowstone and surrounding areas really well. Grew up spending my summers near the Jackson area. Parents and family had a camping property, so would head up to the Tetons and Yellowstone often.
The last 10 years or so we have investigated dozens of bigfoot sighting locations in and around those areas too.
From what you recall, I would guess that you and your parents were camping somewhere between Cody, Wyoming and the east gate of Yellowstone that night.
That is the most active area in the Yellowstone area along the border near the east gate.

My parents have both passed so I’ve no one to ask about our exact location the night of the encounter. I do remember at some point going into the town of Cody. I know two things only about our location. One, we’re we’re definitely nearest the eastern part of Yellowstone that night. Two, I’m almost positive that the campground we stayed at was a private campground and not a state or national park campground. The campsite we were in was at the outer edge of the campground. We were backed in and the rear of the motor home was facing the woods. I do not know how much of the area behind the RV was forest, but it is my belief that walking off into the woods in that direction would lead you into thousands of acres of wilderness. I don’t believe going in that direction some one would encounter a road, town, homes or any other signs of civilization. The reason I say that is whenever we stopped I always asked the park rangers or whomever was at the desk questions about the surrounding area. When we camped in Michigan I always wandered into the forest, around a lake or up and down a stream. I was scared to do that out west solely for the fact that I knew we were in Grizzly country. When we stopped at a park in South Dakota, in the Badlands, I saw a lonely tree out in the badlands that looked like it was a few hundred yards away. When I voiced my intention of walking out to it the ranger told me I shouldn’t do that because although the tree looked like it was not too far away, he said it was actually about 3 miles away. He went on to say that distances in the Badlands were very deceiving because of the flatness of the ground and the distortion the heat had on the air. I didn’t try it after hearing that.
That’s all the detail on location I have at the moment. I’ll look at Google Earth and see if any landmarks or names of areas ring any bells.
To give you a little perspective on myself, I was a public school teacher and principal for more than 20 years. I was a science teacher and always have been very science oriented. As in applying the scientific process to things etc. This encounter is the only event in my life that steps out of the lines of known science. As Occams Razor states, the simplest explanation is usually the right explanation, but I know in my head and heart that it doesn’t apply to this encounter.

My name is Bobby years ago when I was about 7 or 8 years old. A friend of mine had asked if I would like to go with him and his mom to meet up with his dad that was logging upon Sunlight Basin at that time.
Of course all of the kids I begged my mom to go with them, and finally was able to go.
We left for Cody that day around 6:00 in the morning and we got there around 2 or 3:00 that afternoon.
That night we stayed in a motel and the next day we went up on Sunlight to meet up with that friend of mine's dad. Of course we asked his dad if we could go out and do a bit of exploring and he told us that we could. So at that point myself and that friend had grabbed a couple twenty twos. to go and do some hunting .
I remember that at one point we decided to split up later in the day. He decided to go towards the bottom and I went back up and towards the top of the mountain ridge. Once I got to the top of this ridge I could look across the entire valley to the north which you would be looking towards Yellowstone. As I looked back to the south east I could look across the second valley and see at the very bottom the highway that ran through there as well the other mountain range Rattlesnake.
I guess it was around 3:00 pm as I was just standing there . Off straight in front of me was an old cut pile where the logger's had already gone through and put all the old dead trimming. This pile If I had to guess now was close to 7 or 8 feet high but again I am going off memory from years ago.
As I was just simply standing there I had caught something moving past this cut pile from what I saw. Did stand on two legs the color was A dark red but had tints of silver that run through the hair . I did get to look at it from the side view and I noticed that it looked like it didn't have a nose or it was extremely flat looking. The side view of the face almost looked like a piece of old leather and had some silver that ran through the hair on it.
I also had noticed that the shoulder's and this may sound stupid but it looked like the pad's you use to protect your shoulder's with in football. The arms that come off these shoulder's stretched almost to the knees, but the finger's did however stretch just beyond the kneecap. I don't think I was more than 35 to 40 yards from it that day.
I remember that night begging and crying to go home. And finally we did, but man it upset my friends mom and dad. After I had seen that I did not feel safe there at all. To this very day I have not been back to Cody and that is 40 years now, let alone been in the mountains even in the BigHorn National forest.

We have been to Cody a couple of times for bigfoot sighting investigations between Cody and Yellowstone.

This area seems to have the most sightings of Bigfoot reported around the Yellowstone area.

You are welcome. I hope that you find what you are looking for. I have reached out to a couple other people that hunt these creatures and never heard back other than from John Tice before he had passed away. Other than that I tried one time , to confide in my ex-wife one time and she laughed and said I was full of it. So at that point I stopped talking to people about what I had seen.
I hope in your search that you find good camera, video, as well hair evidence to what is closer to humans than what everyone thinks.
I believe truly if you go back up on sunlight Basin close to where I was you will find what you are looking for as I believe he still lives up there anyway good luck happy squatching
I wanted to give an update on some news from my encounter near Riverton, WY. I have since moved back, just tired of the big city, but my wife and I visited that area, and since my last time there, there are about 8 or 9 new ponds, and new trails. Nothing like it was years ago.
I haven\t gotten down to the the Big Wind River near there, but as we were walking one of the trails, I decided to make some calls, no responses, then I decided to clash two rocks together a couple of times and sure enough, I got a response with rocks clashing off in the distance from the direction of where the two rivers meet. Oh, as I made the calls, there was a small herd of cattle there and we saw them look around and they started running. They didn't see us as we were behind some brush, but the calls sure made them nervous.
Then recently, we returned and went south near this wooden fence behind the first two ponds and I wanted to walk out onto this trail and I stopped, tried the rocks, no response, but I did hear something back in the brush, maybe 30 feet away, and I got the feeling of being watched, a very gut wrenching feeling. I got out of there to say the least. I know that I know exactly what was watching me.
As we were walking back to our car, we were watching the fish in the one pond and I started to scan the area, and across this pond, next to this tree, I saw one poking its head up watching us. It was about 150 feet away. It seemed that it was laying or squatting just behind some light brush, but we saw slight movement as we walked, we watched and it shifted around the brush and was turning its head. It was all black, we could make out the head and movement.
I'd love to show this area to you guys if you ever want to. There are about 200 acres in the area, not including what's on the other side of the two rivers, which is Reservation. We are personally going to visit more often and see what we find. I have to get a new phone as my last one landed in some water, so we have no way to really document anything on video/audio. And I will keep you guys updated and hopefully soon, I'll have a phone to share videos with you guys. Thank you for your time and any ideas that you want to share. Keep Squatchin'!

Hey, how are you doing? Well, I'm ok. Been looking around that Rendezvous area that I was telling you about, and I've gotten some good pics of some things they have done with trees and branches and of course there are those mysterious events where one tree is up hanging in another tree or a big branch twisted and snapped off at about 8 feet up.
But I've gotten more than that my friend, as one example there is a fence line that runs thru there and the hinge on the gate (???why is there a fence and a gate there in the first place, I have no idea???) but the piece that falls onto the post is all bent straight. (Pics included).
Then as I was walking the river bed downstream, I came upon a bend (and at every bend, I would stop, trying to stay behind any brush to scan the area) and bending down were, I think was, an adult female and next to her was a juvenile. They were maybe 200 feet away, then all of a sudden the adult saw me and as I came into full view, it and the juvenile bolted back up into the shrubbery. I had to back out to get up to higher ground otherwise I would have had to wade about 4 ft of water, and as I made my way to where they were, I was watching for them, they were gone.
The shrubbery I should have gotten a photo so you could understand just how much area it covered and it was about waist high and I'm 6ft tall and it was full of thorns, and just a large area. A perfect hiding spot for such things. Prior to this back in Sept, me and my wife stayed down there in our car and we saw the cattle herd come running past us, it was about 11 PM and up on the bend of the dirt road we heard what sounded like a yearling calf being carried away. The sounds it was making were loud and in distress, the mother cow couldn't get past the fence and she too was mooing in desperation for the calf. It only took less than 10 minutes before the calf was definitely carried away when it's sounds had stopped.
Even local mountain lions can't carry away a yearling calf, and there are no bears in the area! I've been very hesitant in going down in that same area since that night. Not to mention a few nights after that I heard what sounded like a juvenile making sounds that were that of a juvenile and then one loud grunt from another direction then the other sounds stopped. And where we were parked on the farthest dirt road where we heard that calf, there are two ponds and the closest one, on two occasions at night, sounded like large rocks being thrown in the water a few times, maybe 4 or 5 each time, from at about midnight to 3 AM. But in a nutshell, that's what we have encountered over the last 5 months here. I'll first include the pics on that gate then some others as well.
