My comment is in regards to the Mt St Helens story. I have lived my 54 years near Battle Ground WA. Before I started Kindergarten our weekend family fun time was four wheeling Larch Mountain and Silver Star.
Four wheeling to me is not just splashing around in mud puddles to get your truck as muddy as possible. To me it is wenching your truck up trails because the gravel roads that are up the woods today were literally trails back in the early 70's. We always went camping and fishing and hunting around the South side of St Helens and over near Mt Adams. I have fond memories of Quartz Creek in particular.
I saw my first Bigfoot track on Larch before I was five years old. In '87 I saw a Bigfoot above the Jones Creek ORV campground. In the early 90's we were camping at Quartz Creek with my parents. We were sitting around our fire talking and enjoying the peace and quiet of the woods.
Around 11pm we started hearing rocks being over turned in the creek that was behind us and down a slight embankment. We heard five or six what sounded like decent sized boulders getting rolled over. My Doberman that I had chained to the hitch of my truck was going nuts barking. There were no other people around and besides, by the sounds of the rocks that were being over turned they were too big for somebody to be rolling over by hand.
We did not go to the embankment and look with our flashlights. Instead we got in our trucks for the night and eventually went to sleep. Through the years I have heard screams, yells, heavy huffing and puffing winded breathing, whistles, and weird muffled not understandable talking. I have seen the tops of 9-12' tall fir trees snapped and bent, and rocks piled in a formation in the middle of nowhere.
I have a sense and I can feel when one may be around and watching us. When that feeling comes over me I am packing it up and leaving. Since joining this site I have learned that I am not the only person experiencing what I have described therefore it is not my imagination running wild.
My whole life I have not shared these things with anyone other than my parents and my ex husband as well as my kids. I admit that I am beyond scared of these huge things lurking around out in the woods and I don't go there anymore.
Washington State the St Helens/Mt Adams as well as Silver Star and the Larch Mountain areas in particular, absolutely have Bigfoot around. One more thing, I always found it interesting that in the yearly annual hunting pamphlet that people pick up when purchasing their license and tag clearly states the punishment and fines for not only harassing wildlife but also Sasquatch. It used to be $100,000.00 fine and/or up to 10 years in prison + loosing your hunting privileges for shooting a Sasquatch. Washington State.

Interesting report Tammy.. St Helens, Mt Adams & surrounding areas are one of our favorite places to expedition and search for bigfoot and evidence... Such a long history or bigfoot sightings there. We continue to receive several sighting reports from that area each year.
Have you ever seen the creature during all those years of camping and recreating near St Helens and Mt Adams?
Tammy continues
All of the years that I have spent in the woods, other than my encounter with a bigfoot in 1987 near Larch Mountain which is just South of St Helens I never saw any but, knowing what I know now I am absolutely positive that the boulders being over turned at Quartz Creek and the rocks stacked up on each other in the middle of nowhere, the whistles, the tops of 10' tall fir trees being snapped like a person would do for a trail marker in order to not get lost except a person could not reach that high without standing on something.
Were not people and the muffled talking that I could only make out the tones not actual words was in February 2021 East of Napavine, WA (Centralia) which is fairly close to both Mt Adams and the North side of Mt St Helens. I was told by locals there that this particular area was a Bigfoot super highway. This is just my personal opinion from my own experiences through the years while Elk hunting I have come to the realization that where there are Elk, there are Bigfoot.
