I seen something that I believe to be a Bigfoot in Iowa. I was going east
on highway 76 in Allamakee County by yellow river state forest. I know what a
bear looks like and it wasn't a bear. Plus, it was winter and there no bears in
that area.
I was driving to work, it was about 4 am. It was in December of
2004 I believe. It ran across the road in front of me. It only took two steps
to get across and it was gone. It was about 8 to 9 feet tall and weighed about
about 800 to 900 pounds. It's hair was black or a very dark brown.
I was
driving on highway 76 heading east about 150 to 200 feet from highway 364 that
goes to Harpers Ferry. It looked to be heading towards Yellow River State
Forest. We don't get many Bigfoot reports here in Iowa. So I never really
thought about what I seen. But lately I have been. So I thought it would be
good to tell what I seen.
