ReplyDeleteKelly, I spent considerable time with Paul freeman, Wes Sumerlin and Greg May before and after his filming. The film site was positively at De-duct springs, around the forest service pond. (deduct pond as we call it). Also the trial head leading down the south fork of the Walla Walla River. In June of 1987 Is was able to cast two individuals around that pond. 14" and the 17.5". DeleteJohnathan, Did you have a sighting at Bear Trap Spring area? About 10 miles from there I've had multiple 'experiences' including chatter and whoops. I'm interested in learning how much more is going on up there since I hunt on the WA side very often.
